Commencing his Sydney CBD office leasing career in 2013, Ryan’s professionalism, grit and determination has gained him a strong profile and individual brand as he continues to position himself as a leader in his core market.
Having spent the last 12 years focussing on CBD assets on behalf of his clients, Ryan has the experience and knowledge required to drive a successful leasing campaign on major backfill and new build projects.Coupled with strong established relationships with all stakeholders, Ryan’s experience and relationships prove beneficial in negotiations and in providing tailored advice to solve his clients’ leasing requirements.
Ryan also brings a point of difference to his appointments. Being one of a small group of people in the world to have rowed across an Ocean, Ryan has firsthand experience in teamwork, tackling a challenge, problem solving, remaining calm in high pressure situations and doing what it takes to achieve a desired outcome.
Trent Stephens

Trent is an office leasing specialist with over 15 years of experience, including a decade focused on Sydney CBD and a further five years across the North Shore market.
He has managed leasing performance for institutional owners, trusts, government entities, developers, and private investors. Trent specialises in asset repositioning — with an extensive track record spanning entry foyer upgrades, end-of-trip facilities, amenity refurbishments, fitout programmes, and base building works of all scales.
Known for his honesty, strategic clarity, and market conviction, he is a trusted advisor to clients navigating an ever evolving leasing environment.
Ben Clarke
SENIOR ANALYST
Ben supports the senior principals across all active leasing campaigns at Grace Commercial.
His focus spans market research, lease comparables, and the preparation of client-facing materials and proposals.
Before joining Grace Commercial, Ben spent two years in audit at Deloitte, giving him a strong financial grounding that he applies directly to leasing analysis and brief preparation. He is a Provisional Chartered Accountant with CAANZ.
